Return Process

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags are still attached to maintain eligibility.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
